There are currently more than 400 surface treatment plants manufactured and supplied by Pekotek Oy in Finland and Europe. Our customers include VR, ABB, Bombardier, Kalmar, Sandvik, Ponsse, Ruukki, Konecranes, Metso, FSP, Alucrom, Carelia Corro, etc.
We manufacture systems to order according to customer-specific wishes and production needs. Pekotek's own design ensures the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of the paint shop line in connection with other production seamlessly.
Our own products and our own manufacturing at our Joensuu Finland workshop guarantee the reliability of surface treatment equipment, even in individual deliveries. We do projects from paint shop design and consulting to comprehensive turnkey deliveries.
Our staff has a long experience in the surface treatment industry. The average work experience in the field is more than ten years. Our company manufactures customized surface treatment solutions, where we are able to utilize the extensive experience of our employees. Many people also have first-hand experience of carrying out surface treatment work and operating paint shops, which is why we know how to think customer-oriented.
We have already made the digitization of surface treatment plants one of our priorities in 2017, when we launched the first Pekotek Digital Twin systems. We see significant benefits of digitization for our end customers and we can verify its benefits.
