The importance of preventive maintenance

A key prerequisite for the production line is a high utilization rate of the equipment. Outages in availability mean direct costs and lost production. A lack of a few ten-euro spare parts can paralyze your line for several days. The same happens if timely maintenance is neglected. Latent faults go unnoticed in daily doing. In the event of problems, the lack of statutory audit documentation complicates liability issues.

We take responsibility for scheduling maintenance with the intelligent Pekocare maintenance application. The fixed price also includes an annual condition survey and statutory maintenance and documentation of ventilation and safety equipment.

Condition report based approach

At each of our annual maintenance visits, we make a comprehensive condition mapping report of the surface treatment line, in which each process step is considered as a separate entity. The report is stored in real time in the Pekocare Upkeep system with its maintenance operations and at the same time it forms a maintenance document and maintenance history. As part of the report, you will also receive a list of required spare parts with prices.

Monitoring of critical actuators

The Pekocare Upkeep system can also be integrated with individual actuator monitoring and condition monitoring to prevent the risk of unforeseen machine failures for critical equipment.

Real-time spare part situation management

The Pekocare Upkeep system can be connected to the Inventory Balance of critical spare parts at the customer's premises in real time. This significantly reduces the duration of downtime due to machine breakdowns.
