Pekotek supplied David Brown Santasalo's new factory in Jyväskylä with an energy-efficient surface treatment line, which included a wet painting and drying chamber. Both chambers are equipped with efficient heat recovery and gas monitoring systems, which make it the most energy-efficient wet painting solution on the market.

The paint shop solution was designed according to the customer's needs without compromise. The special feature of the delivery is the large opening doors and roof hatches, which enable the surface treatment of very large industrial gears on the line. A lot of time was spent on planning the line together with the customer, and as a result, we finished the project nicely within the agreed schedule. This also includes a big thank you to the client's project staff and Pekotek Oy's experienced installers.
