Pekotek supplied Janavalo Oy with an energy-efficient surface treatment line, which included a Pekotek Non-waste grit blasting technology, a wet painting chamber and a track solution. The wet painting chamber is equipped with efficient heat recovery and a gas control system, which makes it the most energy efficient wet painting solution on the market.

The new surface treatment line was integrated into the existing wet painting factory with a manual overhead conveyor solution, which enables versatile and flexible operation of the line. Thanks to careful planning and smooth cooperation, the project was completed with high quality within the agreed schedule.
