Weckman has started operating a new painting line at the Vierumäki factory. The new line is part of the renewal strategy of Weckman's trailer and shed product group. The investment will significantly increase the production capacity and further improve the quality of the products and the level of finishing. Environmental considerations have played an important role in acquiring the new line. With this investment, Weckman is able to offer its customers even better solutions and faster delivery times.

The painting line was realized in cooperation with Pekotek Oy. Pekotek is an experienced industrial production technology solution supplier and is able to implement the latest and most efficient solutions in the field, taking into account the customer's needs.

Pekotek's delivery included the most energy-efficient wet painting chamber solution on the market, as well as the Pekotek Combi combined grit blasting-wet painting chamber with painting equipment. The conditions of both processes are monitored and recorded with the Pekotek Digital-Twin IOT application.
